		ciclismo e luogo di nascita e sede della squadra: non poteva essere che qui il primo ritiro stagionale della MCipollini – Giambenini – Gauss. Staff e atlete si ritroveranno dal 12 al 18 dicembre a Calmasino di Bardolino presso l'Agriturismo La Cà, ospiti di Piergiorgio Giambenini, second main sponsor del dream team women italiano. Sarà la prima vera occasione per “costruire” la squadra, dopo aver messo insieme tanti nomi importanti e creato un gruppo di atlete forti che non nasconde le proprie ambizioni stagionali. La General Manager Alessia Piccolo, il Team Manager Luigi Castelli e il Direttore Sportivo Luisiana Pegoraro potranno trascorrere un'intera settimana con le loro ragazze che avranno modo di stare insieme e di conoscersi, meglio, lavorando alle fondamenta di una stagione impegnativa e, per quel che spera tutto lo staff, entusiasmante. Quello di Dicembre è il primo ritiro in programma, ma ne seguiranno altri nella prima parte del 2012, come voluto dalla D.S. Luisiana Pegoraro: “E' il modo migliore per “cementare” il gruppo”. La settimana veronese prevede, oltre a riunioni tecniche e alle uscite in bicicletta, anche attività in palestra presso Gardacqua, nuovo partner del team che metterà a disposizione delle atlete la propria struttura sia fitness che wellness, per “coccolare” un po' le atlete al primo training camp, in vista poi della stagione, che per le ragazze Mcipollini – Giambenini – Gauss inizierà ufficialmente con il Ladies Tour of Qatar. - - - - - - - - English Version - - - - - - - - - MCIPOLLINI - GIAMBENINI - GAUSS TEAM IS READY FOR THE NEW SEASON Staff and athletes will meet since 13th to 18th December at Agriturismo La Cà in Calmasino di Bardolino (VR) for the first training camp of the team. VERONA (VR) - In the heart of the province of Verona, a land that "lives" of cycling and birthplace of the team: it could not be in another place the first training camp of the season for MCipollini - Giambenini - Gauss team. Staff and athletes will meet since 13th to 18th December in Calmasino di Bardolino at Agriturismo La Cà, guests of Piergiorgio Giambenini, second main sponsor of the Italian women dream team. It will be the first real opportunity to "build" the team, after have put together so many big names and created a strong group of athletes who does not hide its seasonal ambitions.
