12 of the 13 girls in the team completed a massive training block that started with Ladies Tour of Qatar 1.February, and finished on 13.February in the usual favourite place, Grand Canaria. The only one missing was Emma Johansson, who is quickly recovering from her brutal accident a small month ago. This was the first meeting for many of the new girls like Sylwia Kapusta, Christel Ferrier Bruneau, Elisa Longo Borghini and Thea Thorsen with the rest of the team. The new Scott FOIL bikes are just fantastic, and definitely the nicest bikes we ever had in the team. The girls completed several quality training sessions, including the hell run 'Tour of Grand Canaria' of 220 km and 3500 h/ms. After a short break at home the girls will head for Belgium and the spring classics starting with 'Omloop Het Nieuwsblad' 25.February. The 8 starters for that race is not 100% decided yet....
